A certain kind of obsession
I loved jigsaw puzzles growing up, it wasn’t until the pandemic hit that I became obsessed. Sometimes my daughter would help, other times it would be a solo project. Early on, I started taking photos of the puzzles I finished. I even got friends hooked and we exchanged puzzles by mail.
Most of the puzzles I do are 500 pieces. Occasionally, I will do a 1,000 piece puzzle. I sort by color and then look for shape. My child who is shape-seeker, is good at looking over my shoulder and finding the exact piece I need.
